I’m just getting into the sport.
I’ve been just throwing a Frisbee around for the last 10 years and started to get into Ultimate a few years ago.
I’m going to try to just throw a 175g on the course I’m going to tomorrow.
is that a big deal?
Is disc golf much different the ultimate with throw types and stuff?
The problem is the nearest course is like an hour and half away.

Are there any rules against throwing an Ultimate disc in Disc Golf? So my dad got me started on disc golf about a year ago after seeing various courses near both my and his house (parents are divorced) and he still can’t seem to get the hang of driving with a disc golf disc, but he’s crazy with an ultimate.
I was just wondering if anyone knew if there were any rules against throwing an ultimate disc in disc golf?
