This familiar disc everyone is holding at the wide field had been available at stores and have been used for several years now. People throw it around at summer picnics, entertain themselves by tossing it at the beach or give their dog exercise and even retrieve it over and over again.

Ultimate Frisbee as it is called is now a big time sport for almost every high school student all over the world. As they say, Ultimate Frisbee is a big-time sport, complete with invitational tournaments, state and regional tournaments and huge tourneys that invite the elite teams from across the country.

This has been a wonderful season for the Xavier, Middletown Firestarters. According to coach Trevor Charles of Middletown High School Ultimate Frisbee team was one of those elite teams last season, thus the Firestarters (as they call themselves) spent last weekend in Philadelphia at the Eastern Regionals, an elite event that invited the best 16 teams east of the Mississippi River. Is Ultimate Frisbee easy to learn? How long does it generally take to learn the game?
